About Me
Dr Letham has been in clinical practice since completing his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Connecticut in 2015. He has been involved in teaching to learners of all levels since 2002 and specifically to medical students and residents since 2017

Every case starts with a review medical records followed by a conversation with retaining counsel about an opinion formed during that review
Prepare a Report
Should counsel desire a Expert Witness Report can be prepared following the FRCP 26(a)(2)(B) requirements (or the requirements designated by the appropriate jurisdiction)
Deposition and Testifying
If requested provide deposition either in person or via video conference and if necessary provide in person testimony in court.
